Bullet Proof Diesel EGR Cooler
The number one part failure on the Ford Powerstroke 6.0l engine is the egr cooler. These are known to fail several times over during the life of the engine costing you expensive repeat repairs. While the Bullet Proof Diesel EGR cooler may not be an OEM part, you would not want to install an OEM cooler. The failure rate on an OEM cooler is outrageous. The Bullet Proof Diesel egr cooler has been redesigned to prevent a failure of this part from happening again. The weak radiator like guts that are prone to cracking and leaking are removed and high quality stainless rods are tig welded in place. The result is an egr cooler that can withstand sustained heat from towing, chips/tuners, and an everyday working of your diesel engine. The root cause of the egr cooler failing is usually a plugged engine oil cooler. We recommend replacing the oil cooler when replacing the egr cooler. Please look below for oil cooler pricing. FICM Half Shell
Having hard start no start conditions with fault codes for open injector coils or low voltage readings on the FICM power screws. This halfshell allows you to repair you FICM YOURSELF. There is no programming needed with this kit. You are replacing the driver board in the FICM that fails. This is a genuine OEM part, comes with a 1 yr warranty and detailed instructions on how to replace the halfshell. There is a $245 core associated with this item. OEM Ford Oil Cooler Kit
OEM Ford replacement oil cooler kit part number 3C3Z-6A642-CA. It is highly recommended that this cooler be replaced when changing the egr cooler. These can become plugged causing low flow through the egr cooler. The higher oil temperature shortens your engine oil life and injector life. This kit comes with the cooler, gaskets and the updated stainless screen (not shown).
6.0l Banjo Bolt Upgrade Kit
The stock fuel supply banjo bolts have a very restrictive check valve in them that can starve the rear injectors of fuel during high demand conditions. These will help ensure adequate fuel supply during those conditions. Kit comes with two banjo bolts and four sealing washers. Genuine OEM parts.
6.0l IPR Screen Repair Kit
_IPR screen repair kit for the 2004.5 and up Ford Powerstroke 6.0l engine. Often these screens get damaged or plugged after an oil cooler replacement or major engine work. When the screen is torn, the last line of protection for your injectors is gone allowing the dirt and debris to damage the oil side of the injectors. This kit will only fit IPR valves that have the ICP sensor located in the right side valve cover.
Blue Spring Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit
Blue spring fuel pressure regulator kit for your 6.0l Powerstroke diesel engine. The blue spring will increase your fuel pressure from about 40 psi to around 60-65psi. Low fuel pressure in a major cause of injector failure. This kit is a genuine OEM International brand part. Comes with the blue spring, new seat for the spring and necessary o-rings to replace the spring. Fits all years of the 6.0l engine.
STC Branch Tube Adapter Fitting Kit One Piece Design
A common high pressure oil leak point in the Ford Powerstroke 6.0l engine is the STC branch tube adapter fitting. The original two piece fitting often failed causing hard start and or no start conditions. This fitting is located between the high pressure oil pump and the branch tube. This kit is the latest design, one piece fitting that will not fail like the previous versions. Included in the kit is all necessary o-rings such as the high pressure oil pump cover gasket and o-ring, turbo mounting gaskets/bolts/o-rings, high pressure oil pump to block o-ring, branch tube to fitting o-rings and instructions. Fits 6.0l engines from 2004.5 and up with the ICP sensor mounted in the right side valve cover.
ICP/EBP Sensor Connector Repair Kit
Many erratic idle complaints are caused by this connector. The connector pins can become corroded causing incorrect ICP readings resulting in surging and or hard start conditions. The connector seals may also get contaminated from oil leaking past the ICP sensor allowing water/moisture to make its way past the seal causing drive ability issues. This connector is also used as an exhaust back pressure (EBP) sensor connector end. The kit includes three pieces of heat shrink tubing and three splice connectors to make the repair. The wire pigtail length is approximately 6". Item is a genuine International oem part. This part fits all model years of the 6.0l and the 7.3l engine.
IPR/VGT Connector Repair Kit
Connector repair kit for your IPR valve connector and for your VGT solenoid connector. Both connector ends are subject to a lot of heat. Often the plastic connector will break apart when removed. This end is slightly different than the original Ford end for the VGT application. The stock Ford end has plastic side tabs to lock the connector in place. This part will fit directly into the VGT solenoid without any issues. This is the style connector end that International uses on their version of the 6.0l. This repair kit comes with the OEM International connector, two splice connectors, and two pieces of heat shrink to protect the splices. Fits all years of the Ford Powerstroke 6.0l engine and fits all years of the 7.3l Powerstroke engine.
EGR Cooler Mounting Gasket Kit
This OEM International brand kit includes all necessary o-rings and gaskets to properly install the egr cooler to the intake manifold as well as the fat o-ring between the intake and front cover. Included in this kit is the blue silicone hose that joins the egr cooler to the oil cooler.
Updated Turbo Oil Supply Tube
This larger diameter turbo oil supply tube helps keep the turbo lubricated, cool, and is less prone to fail. This is a genuine OEM part that includes the mounting gasket, bolt and mounting o-ring. Fits 2004.5 and up 6.0l engines. The 2003 require the updated oil cooler cover plate.
Turbo Reconditioning Kit
If you have had a failed egr cooler or failed head gaskets, then reconditioning the turbo charger should be on your list of things to do. The coolant from the failed parts will cause the vanes in the turbo to stick causing low boost concerns, low power, black smoke and drive ability issues. This kit comes with detailed instructions on how to repair a turbo due rust, dried coolant, and or excessive soot. Kit includes turbo mounting gaskets, housing v-band clamp, never seize, and protective covers.
Ford Powerstroke 6.0l Oil Rail Nipple Kit and Tool
Set of 8 high pressure oil manifold nipple/adapters with o-rings and the special tool needed to replace the nipple. These parts fit 2003-2007 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, F-550, and E Series van with the 6.0l Powerstroke engine. This o-ring is becoming a common leak point on these engines as the mileage increases. Common symptoms of these o-rings failing is hard start when hot, erratic icp, and icp unable to build when cranking. This kit will come with 8 oil rail nipples and 8 o-rings for the nipples. Ford Powerstroke 6.0l Oil Rail Nipple O-ring Kit
Oil rail nipple o-ring kit for your 2003-2007 Ford Powerstoke 6.0l engine. These o-rings have become problematic in engines with some mileage and use to them. Common symptoms of these o-ring failing would be long crank when hot, hard start/no start when hot, erratic icp fault codes, icp unable to build while cranking faults. The kit does one oil manifold (Comes with 4 o-rings to do one side) order a qty of 2 to do all eight nipple o-rings.
